Juno’s Bat Warranty Program (for US and Canada)

Here at Juno Athletics we pride ourselves with producing the highest quality products that offer extreme performance. The materials used will however breakdown over repeated use. Juno has a warranty program to cover this. Here is Juno’s bat warranty information:

Bats that qualify for warranty replacement:

Juno’s bat warranty covers all USSSA and USA composite bats for 1 calendar year from date of purchase.

All Senior Softball bats do not qualify for the warranty program.

This warranty is limited to one bat per original purchase and can be redeemed only by the original purchaser. Bats under this warranty will only be repaired or replaced once under warranty.

This warranty applies only to defects in materials and does not apply to any representations of bat weight or size.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration; Class Action Waiver.  In the interest of resolving disputes between you and Juno Athletics, LLC in the most expedient and cost effective manner, you and Juno agree that any and all disputes arising in connection with this product will be resolved by binding arbitration. Arbitration is more informal than a lawsuit in court. Arbitration uses a neutral arbitrator instead of a judge or jury, may allow for more limited discovery than in court, and can be subject to very limited review by courts. Arbitrators can award the same damages and relief that a court can award. Our agreement to arbitrate disputes includes, but is not limited to, all claims arising out of or relating to any aspect this product, whether based in contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation or any other legal theory, and regardless of when the claims arise. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT, BY ENTERING INTO THESE TERMS, YOU AND JUNO ARE EACH WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

Proper Bat Care/Use:

Juno athletics produces high performance products designed to push the maximum performance within the limits of association rules. That being said, our bats are not indestructible. The lifespan of the bat is related to the amount of hits the bat takes over time. With this in mind, these bats are intended for individual use and for games only. These bats are not designed to be used for constant batting practice or be used as “team bats”.

We suggest these guidelines to extend to the life of your bat:

Rotate the bat for each swing, ensuring that the bat does not take repeated abuse in the same spot

Only hit the balls that your bat is designed to hit

Avoid using the bat in cold weather; low temperatures cause balls to harden, which increases the wear on the bats

HITTING ROCKS, METAL CLEATS, OR ANY OTHER OBJECTS BESIDES THE PROPER SOFTBALLS CAN CAUSE BODILY HARM, CAUSE DAMAGE TO YOUR BATS, AND WILL VOID THE WARRANTY

The warranty does not cover:

Bats that have been altered in any way

Bats that have been used to hit cage balls

Bats that have been used in low temperatures (below 55 degrees F)

Bats purchased without receiving an order number

Bats that have been used with weighted balls (sand or rubber)

Bats that have been transferred from the original purchaser

Bats used as team bats or provided bats

Shipping boxes or shipping labels

Any other costs for the warranty claim

Juno does not approve of or authorize any alterations of the bat in ANY manner. This includes but is not limited to: Rolling, hitting objects other than the proper softballs, bat shaving, end-loading, or any other action that is designed to change the performance or characteristics of the bat. Any suspected alteration of the bat will nullify Juno’s bat warranty.
