Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to bank authorization prior to processing, and only authorized and approved purchases will be shipped. 

Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and public holidays, subject to product availability. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day after bank authorization. 

The shipping method selected at checkout applies after the processing/production window. Expedited shipping does not accelerate production time, as all orders are fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

Once an order is processed, shipping typically takes approximately 3-5 business days, depending on the destination, service carrier & method you choose at check out. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.  

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

  Our online ordering system does not currently support shipping to multiple mailing addresses. 

Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the seller.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.
